Led by a registered psychologist, this workshop offers powerful tools to help prevent burnout, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with what nourishes you—mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially.

In Your CARE workshop series
This 4 part workshop series begins with an introductory experience. It lays the foundation of approaches used to recognize symptoms for abuse/trauma in clients and helps to create safe, supportive spaces. Following on from this introduction, each workshop in the series goes further into the education and training in areas of specialized communication skills, self-care practices for the helping professional, and more in-depth knowledge of how to connect with clients who have experienced abuse or trauma. Each workshop will be advertised for and have the cost per each workshop outlined.

GROUP COUNSELLING SESSIONS
Why try group counselling? You save considerably when compared to individual counselling fees for the same amount of time! Group sessions are much more cost effective than individual counselling and are an opportunity to interact and relate to others experiencing some of the same issues you are. Obtain valuable resources and insights to guide you through your journey. When enough interest by participants are received, the applicable group process will be booked and advertised.

Currently taking names for those interested in exploring this group counselling process focused on LGBTQ+ experiences. This group counselling process is a weekend session with 6 hours on both a Saturday and Sunday.
Trauma (PTSD) Group Therapy Process
An opportunity to interact and relate with others experiencing some of the same feelings and emotions you are. Learn how to recognize the symptoms and how to manage their impact. This is a group process that occurs over 2 x 2-day weekends (saturday and sunday) for 6 hours each day. It is a focused group trauma therapy process, grounded in an Experiential approach to counselling and the tri-phasic model of trauma processing.
