Life Coaching

Life coaching is the process of helping people identify and achieve personal goals. Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. The use of informal and formal assessments can help look at different areas to work on to increase life satisfaction.

The Life Coaching Format:

  • Complimentary Coaching Consultation

  • 50 minute initial wellness planning session

  • Negotiated continued in-person follow-up sessions

  • Unlimited Email support

Career Coaching and Development

Career coaching focuses on work and career. Career coaching is not to be confused with life coaching, which concentrates on personal development. We help clients explore what is the best career for them and help them achieve success in that insight through education and training in how to realize, find and be accepted into that career. The Career Coaching and Development format:

  • Complimentary initial consultation

  • 50 minute first session to create goals and program plan (Detailing required amount of sessions)

  • Future sessions may include:

    • Professional Assessment and Profiling

    • Career Exploration and assessment review session

    • Resume/Cover Letter/Portfolio review and development

    • Interviewing and Negotiation review and development

    • Final review and closure
